Any Texas resident can tell you that the highways and roads of this state can be dangerous places. Although most drivers operate their vehicles with concern for their own safety, and that of their fellow drivers, the sad truth is that accidents can happen anywhere and at any time. In a recent accident near Dallas, one man was killed following a collision that sent his vehicle flying off the roadway.
